Description: The Environmental Defense Fund is working to engage the agricultural community in monarch recovery. The scale of the monarch conservation issue presents unprecedented challenges; it’s the widest ranging species that  conservationists have tried to support. The monarch issue is a symptom of a broader range of conservation issues related to farming, and monarch recovery will require that tens of thousands of farmers essentially farm in a very different way.
