Every year Monarchs migrate all the to Mexico to overwinter. Come by the Port Louisa National Wildlife Refuge Headquarters for opportunity to catch and tag butterflies before they leave. This citizen science program provides scientists with valuable data to help with Monarch research.
This is a free event, and no registration is required. Nets and tags are provided but dress with long pants and tennis shoes.
