Do It Yourself Prairie Series: Planting Your Garden
Want to learn how to create your own prairie garden? From seed cleaning and planting to weed control and using for education, you will learn a new skill every month in this DIY series. The topic for February will be "Planting Your Garden." You’ve prepared, now it’s time to get dirty! Help us plant a small pollinator garden outside the Prairie Learning Center. Learn techniques to bring home to your garden. All participants will receive a free prairie flower to take home to plant!
These programs are for aspiring gardeners of all ages and experience. Individuals and groups are welcome! Please wear comfortable clothing for indoors and outdoors! A one hour program will be held each month until July of 2018.
